It was a pretty satisfying day. Liverpool won 1-0 in the Merseyside derby, with Fernando Torres getting the only goal of the match in the seventh minute. He scored in the sixth consecutive home game and now shares this club record with other greats like Fred Pagnam (1919), Roger Hunt (1964), Ian Rush (1983) and Michael Owen (1999). We could have easily won 2-0 or 3-0....but it was good getting all three points in the bag and steering five points clear of Everton in the race for fourth.

However, V seemed pretty depressed today, as I had made him feel bad for all that he did to him. And also because I gave him a silent treatment. But I will bring him back to his normal self.

Anyway, have to turn in my dissertation tomorrow. So I'll hit the sack now. Ciao...YNWA!! :)
